1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and bn33 ("bn33", "we", "us", "the Platform"). By accessing the bn33 website at bn33.bio, creating a user account, making a deposit, or placing any wager — whether on casino games, Andar Bahar tables, cricket betting markets, slot games, or any other product offered on the bn33 platform — you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue your use of the bn33 platform and close your account. Continued use of bn33 following any published amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated version.

2 Eligibility & Age Restriction

• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or affiliate of bn33, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from bn33 or had your account permanently closed for violations of these Terms.

bn33 reserves the right to request documentary proof of identity and age at any time, including but not limited to a CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), passport, or other government-issued identification document. Failure to provide satisfactory verification within a reasonable timeframe will result in account suspension.

3 Account Registration

To access real-money gaming on bn33, you must register a single personal account. You agree that all information provided during registration — including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and Pakistani mobile number — is accurate, complete, and current. Providing false or misleading registration information is a material breach of these Terms.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on bn33. Operating multiple accounts, whether under the same or different names, is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any associated balances.

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials.
• You must not share your password or allow any third party to access your account.
• You must notify bn33 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account via our 24/7 support channels.
• bn33 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised account access resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials.
• Account ownership is non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your bn33 account to any other person.

bn33 reserves the right to verify your identity at registration and at any subsequent point during your use of the platform. Withdrawal requests will trigger mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification before funds are released.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on bn33 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). bn33 supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, SadaPay, USDT TRC20, and Debit Card.

Deposits: All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the payment source belongs to another individual — are strictly prohibited. JazzCash and EasyPaisa deposits are typically credited to your bn33 wallet instantly. Bank transfer processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to completion of KYC verification. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method in the account holder's own name that has been used for deposits on the account, or that has been verified during KYC. bn33 reserves the right to apply anti-money laundering checks before processing any withdrawal.

• Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed within your bn33 account wallet section.
• bn33 does not charge fees for standard deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
• Cryptocurrency withdrawals via USDT TRC20 are subject to current network gas fees.
• bn33 reserves the right to delay or decline withdrawal requests pending verification or investigation of suspected fraudulent activity.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

bn33 offers various promotional bonuses to eligible players from time to time, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and cricket betting promotions. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that will be clearly stated at the point of the offer.

• Bonuses are available to one account per person, per household, and per device/IP address.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn.
• bn33 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash unless the applicable wagering conditions have been fully satisfied.
• Any evidence of bonus abuse, collusion, or exploitation of promotional terms will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of associated balances.
• Bonus terms will specify the eligible games. Wagering contributions vary by game type — for example, Andar Bahar and slot games may contribute differently toward wagering requirements than cricket betting.

bn33 expressly reserves the right to reclaim bonus funds or reverse winnings generated from bonus play if it determines, at its sole discretion, that a bonus has been claimed or used in a manner inconsistent with these Terms or the specific bonus terms.

6 Gameplay Rules

All games offered on the bn33 platform — including Andar Bahar live tables, Teen Patti, slot games, Fortune Gems, Slide, and cricket sportsbook markets — operate according to their individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. By placing a wager on any game, you confirm that you have reviewed and understood the applicable rules.

Casino Games: bn33's casino game library is sourced from established providers utilising certified Random Number Generation (RNG) technology. The theoretical return-to-player (RTP) percentages for each game are determined by the game provider and are not altered by bn33.

Live Casino: Live Andar Bahar, Teen Patti, and other live dealer games are governed by the rules displayed in the live game interface. All deal outcomes are determined in real time by physical means (card shuffling and dealing by a live dealer) and are final once the round is closed.

Cricket Sportsbook: All cricket betting markets — including PSL fixtures, Pakistan international matches, T20 World Cup, and other tournaments — are subject to bn33's sportsbook rules. In-play bets are accepted at the discretion of bn33 and may be suspended at any time during live events. Void bets will be refunded to your wallet at stake value.

• Bets once confirmed cannot be cancelled or amended by the player.
• bn33 reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, at an incorrect price, or as a result of a system malfunction.
• In the event of a disconnection during a live game round, the outcome of the round will be determined by the server record, which shall be final and binding.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bn33 platform. Engaging in any of the following will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to the relevant authorities:

• Registering or operating more than one account on bn33.
• Providing false, misleading, or third-party information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment methods to deposit funds.
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring transactions to evade reporting, or using bn33 for any financial crime.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit bonuses.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to interact with the bn33 platform in a non-human manner.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from a known or obvious software error are void.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with any aspect of the bn33 platform or its underlying software.
• Engaging in any form of abuse, harassment, or threatening behaviour toward bn33 staff or other players via support channels.

8 Responsible Gaming

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to control your spending.

9 Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the bn33 platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any bn33 content without prior written consent.
• Use the bn33 brand, logo, or any associated trademarks in any manner not expressly authorised in writing.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bn33 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

bn33 does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from interruptions. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may temporarily suspend access to all or part of the platform. bn33 will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice of scheduled downtime.

In any event, bn33's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your bn33 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11 Privacy & Data

bn33 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and should be read alongside them. By using bn33, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

12 Account Termination

You may close your bn33 account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon account closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to your verified withdrawal method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

bn33 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or financial crime.
• Failure to complete identity or age verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Conduct that is abusive, threatening, or disruptive to the platform or its staff.
• Account inactivity for a period exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months.

In cases of account closure due to a Terms violation, bn33 reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance in the account.

13 Amendments to These Terms

bn33 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, bn33 will make reasonable efforts to notify registered users via email or an on-platform notification prior to the changes taking effect. The effective date at the top of this document will be updated to reflect the date of the most recent revision.

Your continued use of the bn33 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and close your account before the amendments take effect.
